Why turkey wings instead of chicken?

Turkey wings are bigger, meatier, and a premium source of poultry.

They deliver a heartier bite, deeper flavor, and a more satisfying experience you actually feel full from.

What makes your wings different?

A few things — and they all matter:

  • All-flat turkey wings (no mixed pieces)
  • Marinated overnight for deeper flavor
  • Hickory-smoked, never fried
  • Dry-rubbed first — sauce is optional
  • Finished to order
  • No reheating. No heat lamps. No shortcuts.


We build flavor into the wing itself — not on top of it.

Are your wings fried?

No. We don’t fry our wings. Ever.


Our wings are slow-cooked, hickory-smoked, and finished hot for a crisp exterior and juicy interior.

What does “all-flats” mean?

We only serve the flat portion of the wing.


More meat. Better texture. Easier to eat.

No drums. No mixed bags. No guessing.

Won’t smoked wings be dry?

Not here.

Turkey wings naturally hold more moisture than chicken wings, and our cooking process is designed specifically to keep them tender and juicy.


If you’ve only had dry smoked wings before, we get it — that’s exactly what we set out to fix.

Do you offer sauces?

Yes. We offer classic dipping sauces like ranch, blue cheese, buffalo, and BBQ.


That said, our wings are dry-rubbed and fully seasoned — many customers enjoy them exactly as they come.

Are your wings spicy?

Our signature Cajun dry rub has very mild heat but big flavor.


We also offer sauces with more heat for those who want to turn it up.

Why dry-rubbed instead of sauced?

Because great wings shouldn’t need sauce to be good.


We season and smoke our wings for full flavor from the inside out.

Sauce is always available if you want it — but it’s never there to cover anything up.

Is this fast food?

No — and we’re proud of that.


This is food made with patience, smoke, and intention.

If you’re looking for rushed wings, we’re probably not the spot.

If you’re looking for wings done right, welcome in.

Do you offer catering or large orders?

Yes.


Large wing packs are available with a 24 hour advance notice.

For group orders or catering inquiries, please email us.

How big is one turkey wing?

One flat turkey wing weighs about 0.7–0.8 lbs (roughly 7–8 chicken wings by weight) Turkey wings are naturally larger and meatier than chicken wings, so they eat more like a meal than an appetizer.

Fewer wings. More satisfaction.

Are your wings gluten-free?

Yes. Our turkey wings (and fries) are naturally gluten-free, and we operate a gluten-free kitchen — making T-BIRDS a rare wing spot that's naturally gluten-free. 

Do you sometimes sell out?

Yes. This isn’t fast food.


Our wings are slow-cooked, smoked, and finished in batches. We only make a limited amount each day, and once we’re out, we’re out.


Food done right takes time.
